You will have to work it out yourself .. first look at how many tables they have and how busy they are, each day of the week .. then check menu prices and multiple no. of customers per night by cost of meal (don;'t forget to include wine)
NB. This gives you 'turn-over' .. if you want to know profit, it's a whole new ball-game (you have to discover cost of staff, overheads %26amp; raw materials (food) ..)
