How much money would it cost for a 1 week trip to Amsterdam?

Hi, me and a few buddies are wondering how much for it would cost to take a trip to Amsterdam for 7 days. Me and a few friends have been saving up most of the money we make, and are planning to go in 2 years, (grade 12).





Also, for weed in Amsterdam, do you need to be 18?

It is going to run you at least $1000. Stay at good rated hostels. hostelbookers.com is a great site to look at some. READ THE REVIEWS. Stay within a quarter mile of Dam Square, its where all the action is. Book flights on studentuniverse.com. They run a different special everyday and amsterdam is a common one. so check the site everyday once you know your dates.





You are supposed to be 18, but no one checks IDs unless you go to one of the few coffee shops that also have alcohol (Dampkring is a good one). Abraxus was my favorite shop, also right across from our hotel.





Rent a bike, its how everyone gets around, its cheap, its fun, and you get a bell.





And dont be a dumbass and try and smuggle stuff home. customs doesnt play around coming back into the US, but buy a brownie and eat it at the airport before you go.
